Wedding at Fonmon Castle.

Dear Mrs Manning, We would all like to thank you for the beautiful decoration and finish you put on the wedding cake for Judith and John-Paul at Fonmon last Friday. It looked so pretty and everyone commented on how finely and carefully you had worked on it. If I discover anyone else who needs a cake in Cardiff/Vale area I will certainly give them your name! I'm so glad that we found you(quite by chance)at the St. Davids Hotel back in February when Judith and I went down there.
